Our salesperson is outstanding

Yasser Fahmy is an outstanding salesperson has been giving me first class treatment. Its great Rick Case provides this service for there customers. Yasser represents profession.

Our salesman has awesome personality

Yasser was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. He didn't give up untill he solve all issues I had on my credit eport and my car appraisal, You can truly trust Yasser. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family. The best car salesman I have ever worked with and the best in customer service. I would buy again from Yasser and refer all my friends and family to him.

Very impressed by their service

Very impressed and surprised with the service and attention I was provided when I came in to Rick Case Honda Express Service. I have been to other Honda dealers but I have never been satisfied with the service, until now. Thank you Mr. Zafra for making the experience so quick,easy. Made me feel I was with my family. Thank you again and if you have not been to Rick Case Honda I suggest you do so!!!!!!

Worst Experience Ever

I went to Rick Case because I had a previous positive experience. If I ever return, I would only deal with the sales manager. Even though I called ahead of time, I was passed around to three different salesmen due to appointments that had come in. Why did they chose to work with me if they had a previous appointment that was due in? I was never quoted a price on a new car, not online nor in person, and was not given a car fax report on a certified pre-owned car until I walked away and talked to the sales manager. Both times I was told, "We don't usually give that until you are ready to purchase the car". I'll leave it to you to draw your own conclusion as to how big of an idiot they thought I was. I am 62 and this was the singular worst car buying experienced I have ever had.

Great wounderful

I purchased two cars from the Internet department. Hassle free, was in and out in less then a hour. I had a great time everything was straight forward. The great thing was I went on with the rest of my day in a brand new car and wasn't at the dealership all day.

not respect for the people's situation

Honda is an excellent vehicle. Rick Case Honda @ Weston doesn't honor that name with the poor customer service they provide. Client should came first and his satisfaction. This doesn't happen there.
