Very easy to deal with, I like the website where you can customize your buying choices. I believe I received a very fair deal on my truck and trade in. Appreciate Ron Ramos for his service and efficiency in getting this deal closed quickly! Will definitely contact Interstae and Ron again next time I am in the market to purchase another vehicle.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service at Interstate

I’m extremely dissatisfied with the service at Interstate Ford. I picked up my truck two weeks after dropping it off, only to be told the issues were resolved, but I’m still experiencing the same problems. The service advisor isn’t understanding my frustration or making any effort to relate to what I’m going through. He should be putting himself in my shoes. When I bought the truck, I was assured it could be serviced anywhere, but SiltherHar rejected my service request. It feels like Interstate Ford is upset with me for the issues I’m facing and is unwilling to deal with them.

Your truck is a lifted truck with oversized tires. The vibration we felt was caused by tires which the company who lifted the truck paid for. The tires were rubbing due to the lift kit, and we trimmed them for you also. You hopped a curb and turned the wheels when you left to make sure it was good. Your vehicle is not going to drive like a normal F150 like I explained to you. When dealing with the aftermarket lift kits and tires it does take extra time to get these issues resolved because we are not going through the manufacture but through the company who installed these items. (I explained all this to you). I offered to bring the vehicle back in and have a technician test drive the vehicle with you. The vehicle is modified and will never drive like a normal F150. Yes, you can take the vehicle to other dealerships to get fixed, if they are choosing not to deal with the company who lifted the vehicle that is their decision to make, and I can't change that there are other dealership who sale them and fix them. Your vehicle will ride and drive like a lifted truck which is what you purchased.

I never said that there was nothing wrong, we did find an issue and resolved it with the company that lifted the truck. I don't know if there is anything wrong as of right now when the vehicle left it was fine and the issues we found were resolved. I am just saying it will not drive like a normal truck and somethings maybe considered normal due to the lift and oversized tires.

Your response only confirms my concern that you’re frustrated with the issue, and perhaps a bit more effort could be put into resolving it. The issue was not resolved. The same issue still exists and thus the frustration. The truck was also clean when I dropped it off with you and filthy when I picked it up.

I own a 15 ford focus they have a issue with the

I own a 15 ford focus they have a issue with the transmission control module Ford has issued a extended warranty for these parts. Summer of 2023 100,000 miles on the car the tcm started acting up while my wife was driving, after digging through the trenches of the interwebs I found the tcm warranty and also found that there was none to be found dealerships had none parts warehouse had none. We parked the car for the summer but when winter came around and my motorcycle was not an option in Colorado winter. I found a video showing how to reset the transmission did so and drove the car for winter. Spring-Summer 24 hit the car did fine for a while temps got hotter and then the problem was back. I rode the bike for a while but knew I needed to get her car back in working order. I found the Tcm's had found there way back to the shelfs I called and spoke with Jerry in parts he said they had 20 of them. He then asked if I knew about the warranty and said he would have service to call me right back. MarryJo called within 5 minutes and had an appointment set for the car. I had to drop the car off a day earlier on Tuesday do to work. Wednesday MarryJo called said car was done tcm was bad warranty covered all. She then told me about a small leak in the coolant tank. I told her to have it replaced and I would wait. Thursday 4:35pm MarryJo called said car was done repairs been done. Friday I picked up the car brought it home wife drove it Friday through the weekend said it drove like it did when we first bought it. Monday came we had errands to run got home and I noticed a puddle in the driveway the coolant tank had blown a plug and leaked all the coolant. I called Tuesday being the dealership was closed when this happened MarryJo respond via text I told her the problem sent pictures and informed her we lived 75 miles away. She set an appointment with there mobile services. Israel from mobile service just left my house after fixing a very simple fix and filling the tank. Over all these guys have gone above and beyond Jerry having the part knowing the known issue passing me to MarryJo and Israel for driving 75 miles to replace a plug and top off the tank.
