Simple and common Sync 3 processor replacement had me
Simple and common Sync 3 processor replacement had me using a very bad system for over a month while they waited for a courtesy vehicle even though Ford would have been on contract to rent a vehicle. It took 2 attempts to fix, the first they thought a software update would fix an obvious hardware issue. They tried to charge the extended warranty deductible the second time I brought it in to be fixed, even though they failed to fix it the first time. Although they didn't charge the amount in the end, it felt very scammy to have the charge there in the first place, as an expectation I wouldn't argue and they'd get an extra $100. Art did okay overall but could have pushed the rental vehicle to get the very bad system replaced sooner. For Ford, they should be offering to replace the Sync 3 system with something that actually works. Sync 3 is the worst feature of any car I've ever driven or owned.
