This dealership tries to do the very least and doesn't care at all about the fact the I am without transportation. My truck has been in their service department three times for every issue. So frustrating!

I had experienced problems with my Sync 3 and went to
I had experienced problems with my Sync 3 and went to Interstate Ford for a look/see and they told me that it had shot craps and that I would need to replace it. The truck was out of warranty by 6 months. I hemmed and hawed for 4 months about the big expense to replace it. I have decided to sell truck and I didn’t want to stick new owner with problem so I contacted Interstate Ford where I always go for service. I actually purchased the truck there about 4 years ago. I have Mustang as well and have always liked the service provided. My favorite service writer is Adrien and once again he was on it. Got it in and out in 6 hours.

My only experience was with the Service Dept.
My only experience was with the Service Dept. Once my account was handed off to Interstate Ford the Mgr. Kept in direct correspondence with me for all updates. What I would recommend is additional mechanics that can handle transmission computers, testing & replacements. I was without a car from Jan. 11-Feb. 14. Hope it continues to run as smoothly as it is now! Thank You!

Daniel was responsive, helpful, explained all of our options with patience, answered all of our questions, was very kind. And showed us pics of his dogs 😊. We were turning in a car that was leased in NJ, and discussed the complications due to supply chain and low inventories. He guided us to our best option, keeping in mind our financial concerns. We left with the right car and deal for us. The space itself is clean and comfortable. Really good experience overall.
