From selling my truck and ordering/receiving my brand new Bronco, I was very pleased and happy with Interstate Ford and my salesman Kelly Frank. No dealership is perfect but my experience was one of the best 5 out of 5 stars. No surprise ADM, or special fees added to my special order Bronco. I will consider buying/ordering from them again.

Today was a fabulous day I finally got my Bronco 2022. My sales person Kelly Frank made my dream come true. The experience was sweet and I would recommend Interstate Ford to buy your next car. From the General Manager, Sales Mangers, the employees my sales person Kelly Frank and the Finance Managers it was awesome ❤️❤️❤️Interstate Ford rocks❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Mary Jo doesn't call back.
Mary Jo doesn't call back. I set an appointment on a Thursday. I left a voicemail for her Thursday the 7th, no call back. I called Friday, left her another message. She did call back Friday and said she doesn't have an update but will call back before the end of the day with an update. Guess what? No call back. I called Monday the 11th around 11:00. Left another message, no call back. I just called again, straight to her voicemail. I called back asking for a manager, straight to voicemail. I called a third time, asked for service, anyone will do. The person I got asked who my contact was, I said Mary Jo. He transfered me and she picked up. I guess that's the way to get Mary Jo. She said she didn't have an update because the tech hadn't let her know. Tech's fault, not Mary Jo! She put me on hold and came back, said my truck wasn't worked on yet. I had an appointment for it Thursday! 5 days later no work and no update and no knowledge of what is wrong. Sadly Interstate used to be such a great place. I've bought 3 brand new vehicles there and all were great experiences! Now that they've moved it seems they are just another big city dealer, lost that small town personal touch. I miss the days of Stacia, Q and Jenna. Those three were great! I'll update more if she calls me back.

We are working hard to figure out what is wrong with your vehicle. We couldn't find any issues on Thursday and had to run the vehicle for a while for it to show the leak. We are waiting on a rack to free up right know so we can figure out what is going on. We will get it back to you ASAP.
