Coming to Interstate Ford was an unexpected surprise. To say I felt seen and cared for in a less than ideal situation (car unexpectedly quit and required loads of work) is a huge understatement. Adrien was the first person I had the pleasure of talking to and he had grace, patience and understanding as I navigated what to do with my car. Once the signs pointed to needing a new car, he introduced me to Dave, who was also so kind. I ended up in a great (used) car and never felt pressured or rushed. As an independent woman, these two made my first buying experience great. Thank you!
