Excellent Service was provided by a Very Professional

Excellent Service was provided by a Very Professional Team. Adrian’s staff takes care of all customers car & truck repair issues and needs . Alan was able to provide that professional service for the repeated issue with tail lights on my CMax. He listened to my concerns and worked with the mechanic to get it fixed. I asked for 3 things to be done, tire rotation, oil change and recalls. The first 2 were not even done. No explanation, no apology. Service advisor could not have cared any less.
