Worked with the dealership (Quienten Clark) primarily via email, a few phone calls and the deal was made. Spent less than an hour in the dealership, walked out with the keys to our vehicle on a Sat night with the promise to pick the car up that following Monday. No hassling or continued harassment, I told Q what our budget was, and he made it happen. We don't buy cars often, but we know that we can trust Interstate Ford to give us the best experience for our money.

Best Experience Ever!
This was the best experience we’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle! After an extensive internet search, we thought we had finally found the vehicle we had been looking for at Interstate Ford. With one phone call, we were connected to Stacia, who was awesome to work with. Since we live over 200 miles away from the dealership, we had to rely on her to give us accurate descriptions of the vehicle and its features, as well as answering a multitude of questions. We decided it was worth making the trip to Interstate. When we arrived, Stacia had the vehicle waiting near the front door, and met us with her friendly smile and obvious enthusiasm for her job. She gave us an overview of the vehicle’s features, and we set out on a test drive. We were sold! We returned to the dealership to do the preliminary paperwork, which she had prepared in anticipation of our visit. There were no surprises---everything we had discussed by phone was honored---no hidden costs, etc. She introduced us to Steve in the Finance Dept., as well as Q, another competent member of the sales team. (At this point we need to mention that Stacia had been suffering with a medical concern throughout the time we had been working with her by phone as well as in person, yet she continued in such a professional manner. The day we drove to the dealership, she made the extra effort to come in just to meet with us, when she should have been home in bed. She was thoughtful in getting us acquainted with Q in the event she was not able to return the following day to finalize our deal and pick up the vehicle. She is one in a million!) Due to our own time constraints, we opted to complete the paperwork the next morning. They were more than gracious in meeting our needs. We returned the following morning, and were greeted outside by Q, who explained that Stacia was too ill to be there. He continued in the same friendly manner she had started. In Finance, Steve had all of our paperwork ready. He, too, was friendly, efficient, and professional. He explained all options available to us, yet there was never any pressure to purchase additional services or anything else. What a difference from most financial departments! We completed the financial portion of the deal promptly and painlessly. Q then took us out to our new vehicle, which he had parked by the front door. It was detailed to perfection! He demonstrated the numerous features on the vehicle, and patiently taught us how to use them, making certain we felt comfortable with our new vehicle. He was great! Interstate Ford is truly different from most dealerships! There is no hassle, they honor what they agree to, and they make their customers feel like they genuinely appreciate their business. As we drove off in our new Explorer Limited, we knew we had made the right decision. We will definitely recommend Interstate Ford to family and friends!

Not the typical shark tank circling for prey.
I entered this dealership with an idea of what I wanted to purchase. I met my salesman with a handshake and proceeded to inform him my desires. He stated he would show me the inventory. After some window sticker readings, I found the truck I would purchase that day. I explained my last Dealer purchase and the fears I had coming to this one. He addressed my concerns and stated this was a different experience. I filled out my paperwork and waited for financing where I met the man that would help me make my dreams come true. The finance manager took interest in my profession and put aside the paperwork to talk about our interests. He explained everything in detail and to my satisfaction. He took his time and made sure I had no questions prior to signing anything. He showed me multiple options for my financing and helped me with gaining a better understanding of what I was buying that day. Overall, the experience was about 4 hours. And was handed the keys as well as peace of mind leaving the dealership. Thank you both to my salesman and finance manager.

1st Car buying experience easy at Interstate Ford
This was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and I had been searching online for the right car. I visited 2 other dealerships and didn't have a great experience. I found the car I wanted at Interstate Ford and e-mailed through the website. I received a prompt response from Stacia and scheduled a time to come test drive the car. Before we arrived, I got a phone call from Cody to let me know that Stacia was out, but that he would be working with me. When we arrived, the car was already pulled up and waiting for a test drive. Cody was low pressure and answered all my questions. After the test drive, I noticed that the car was a little dirty and had a deep scratch. Cody was busy, so Nick came out to meet with me while we waited and Nick assured us that they would get the car clean if we purchased it. After sitting down to look at the numbers, I wasn't sure if I was going to buy the car, so my hubby and I left to go eat and when we came back to buy the car, Cody and Time helped us get all the paperwork filled out. By the time that was done, the car was cleaned and I drove it off the lot. The process was so smooth and easy and stress-free. Thanks for a great first car buying experience.

Fun!!
It can be a stressful experience trying to purchase a vehicle, but not at Interstate Ford. I first worked with Q briefly over the phone and he was so nice. He was on vacation at the time so when we went to look at the vehicle we worked with Dennis Blair. We actually had a lot of fun test driving the truck with Dennis, it felt like we were riding around with a friend. He has a great sense of humor but is also very knowledgeable and professional. No high pressure and we felt that he was being fair with us. We ended up buying the truck (pre-owned) and are very happy with it. I had mentioned to Dennis that it was too bad the previous owner didn't have the original window sticker because it would be nice to have it. Two days later we got the original window sticker and a nice note from Dennis in the mail! He had found it! The financing also went smoothly thanks to Tim Green. They have called to follow up and make sure we are satisfied. The only thing I would complain about is that when we left the dealership the gas tank was on empty. Otherwise this was the best buying experience we have had and would definitely return to Interstate Ford (and Dennis) in the future.

Q is the best
This dealership experience with salesperson Q. Clark has been the best we have ever had. He is friendly, personable, he listens to what you have to say and he doesn't pressure you into buying something you don't want. We are driving the car we want and thanks to Q. are very happy. We will buy again from him in the future. Way to go I-25 Ford!

2nd Vehicle from Interstate Ford
We were ecstatic to find the truck we wanted at Interstate Ford. We had previously purchased a used Ford Fusion from them and were treated so well we knew we would want to buy another vehicle from them in the future. We were also very happy to work with Cody again. He made it very clear that he wanted us to find the right truck for us. We were interested in a new one they had and he was very informative and not pushy at all. Cody told us if the truck was not in our price range he would find us a truck that was. That was very awesome as most car salesman are not like that. We received a great deal and enjoyed the experience of purchasing another vehicle from Interstate Ford with Cody as our salesman!

Great NO PRESSURE experience!
Cody was very helpful but he did not make you feel pressured at all which was the best part. He made sure you knew he was working for you not himself! Great experience overall with Cody and Interstate Ford..

Honest, down to earth and professional.
My family has purchased three vehicles from this dealer and each time we are treated like VIP's. Cody feels more like a friend at this point who understands that "the deal" is based on professionalism, honesty and just being down to earth. He is a great guy who truly makes the experience a pleasurable one and the dealership is full of people who really seem to enjoy their jobs. It's nice to always see the same faces there as well. They have little to no turnover since we have doing business with them. I have recommended them from the first trip there and will continue to do such as they truly defy the stigma that car dealerships mostly have.

Most agreeable car purchase experience ever
Daniel Snider provided friendly, efficient service. He found the perfect Focus ST and made the road trip to pick it up from a WY dealer. His patience and desire to get exactly what we were looking for was much appreciated. The deal was painless and enjoyable in a friendly, relaxed environment. We appreciate having such quality sales and service so close to home.
