Wonderful Sales Experience
I found everyone at Interstate Ford to be friendly, dedicated, and truly committed to customer satisfaction. The dealership is a fine example of small town friendliness coupled with a dedication to their product. Everyone there was wonderful and all bent over backwards to get me the car I want with exactly the options I requested for the price we could afford. Outstanding experience!

Very First Brand New Pickup
Dennis was very friendly and helpful for my grandpa in purchasing his first brand new pickup. He had the pickup ready for us to pickup and he had all the papers ready for my grandpa to fill out.

bought a new truck!!!!!!
We went there to by a truck last night and we were very impressed with our over all experiene, From the Lady at the front desk to the Finace guy. Everyone that we talked to there was very friendly and very helpfull. We have been trying to buy a truck for a couple of weeks now and we felt that all the other dealerships that we went were not as friendly and were not willing to work with us in anyway, we felt that they were trying to give us a bad daeal on the trade that we had and it was not at all an issue here at Interstate Ford. I now wished I would have purchased my new care from them as well. We will tell everyone that we know what a great experience we had there and will recommend them to everyone, and when we are in the market to buy a new car or truck we will not think twice about driving the hour to Interstate Ford. Thank you "Q", Tim, and I think Mike? everyone else that we worked with or talked to last night.

Looking online I found a Ford Edge I wanted to test drive! The Sales department was awesome to work with! They sent me pictures of the one that first caught my eye and the one I ended up Purchasing since I lived so far away!!

Impressive service
Very impressed with the overall experience. Cody was our sales person, he was very helpful and knowledgable. Based on past experiences, we expected this to be a long and dreadful experience but it was in a few words short and painless. Thank you for this great experience! We would recommend Interstate Ford to all our friends and family and we would come back again if we were in the market to buy a car.

2nd time I contacted them & car was not in stock
As the title states this is the second time I contacted them about a car/Tbird that they were advertising on cars.com and both times the cars were not in stock. First time I stopped by the dealership the car was not in stock - I forget what the story was but, I spoke to a salesperson and told him I wanted a 2003 - 2005 low milage Tbird - he took the information & never got back to me. A few months later (10/2014) I saw another ad for a Tbird and contacted them through cars.com and again the car/Tbird was not in stock. They told that they were having problems removing the ad from cars.com. When I wrote to the salesman and told him the dealership was not reliable with their ads, he became defensive, exclamation points and all. I would like to work with them because they are close to where I live, but not sure I want to waste my time with bogus ads.

Excellent Service
Ken and his staff provide excellent service, are easy to talk with, and can be trusted. They will work with you so that any service that needs to be done gets done in a timely manner and they won't recommend unnecessary service. Their prices are reasonable for a dealership.

Excellent Customer Service
My husband and I came to this dealership after discovering the used vehicle we were looking for on their website. We have been in the market for a Toyota Tacoma for some time now and we were discovering that these trucks go quick! This meant we were on the road that Saturday morning from Denver to check it out. When we arrived, we took our time walking the entire lot to check out the inventory. We appreciated the fact that no one from the sales team jumped on us right when we arrived. After taking our time, we entered the dealership and were greeted by Cody who was welcoming and friendly. We knew exactly what we were there for so we asked him about the Tacoma. Turns out the truck had recently arrived on the lot and had not yet received the initial inspection or detailing, but Cody did not hesitate to show it to us. He pulled up the truck for us to look at and test drive. In our past experience, we have always had an employee ride with us when we test drove a car-not here! We really appreciated this because it gave us time to talk openly about the vehicle without the pressure. After a nice long test drive (which was encouraged by Cody) we sat down to talk numbers. I think that most people would agree that this is the least enjoyable part of the process, but Cody made it easy and painless. We were trading in our current vehicle and knew that it would need some work to be able to resell, so the trade-in value was not much of a surprise. While talking through the numbers another customer saw the Tacoma and took it for a test drive. Needless to say this definitely put the pressure on for us to make a final decision as the gentleman had expressed sincere interest in purchasing the truck-again, with our past experience looking for a Tacoma we knew this truck would be sold that day if we did not accept the offer (especially when the truck is priced right with great mileage!). We gave verbal confirmation to Cody that we wanted the truck and he got it into their shop immediately for inspection and queued up the paperwork right away. We were at the dealership all afternoon, but it was a very busy day at the dealership and their team needed time to do the inspection and detailing; to be expected. It was discovered that the truck needed new brakes which meant that we could not take it home that day. Kind of a bummer, but we appreciated the honesty and now we have a truck with brand new brakes! We completed the financing and paperwork with Steve who was very knowledgeable and efficient, which we appreciated after being at the dealership for some time. He did provide us with extended warranty options with no pressure to purchase. The "cherry on top" of our entire experience was that Cody offered to drive the truck to us when it was done in the shop. WOW! We know this is not mandatory when getting a new vehicle so we were fully prepared to drive back to the dealership to pick it up. Cody insisted that we meet him halfway to Denver where we traded vehicles. When we met, the truck was detailed, looking good, and ready to take home (with new brakes)! Overall our experience was "Excellent!" and we are happy with our new purchase. We will definitely be recommending Interstate Ford and Cody to friends and family in the market for a new vehicle.
