Awesome experience, this place wants to keep its customers
Love Love Love my Ruby Red 2016 Ford Fusion Energi!!! Sales staff was helpful in making sure they found the exact car I wanted, price was right on. Customer service was great, so much better than Brighton Ford. The Finance guy was bummed I didn't buy the extended warranty, but didn't push me or make me feel pressured.

Good Experience
Good experience, low pressure from sales people. However, when we test drove the truck there were rubber floor mats in the back of the truck, but when we got home they were not there?? The gas tank was near empty and I was not sure I could get home without a fill up. I thought it was customary to drive away with a full tank of gas and after spending $26,000.00 plus, I'd have thought a tank of gas would be in order.

Made my life way less stressful!
Daniel and Q stayed late to help us find a vehicle after I just got in a car accident a few days before. They got us in and out so fast and were so helpful! I love my car already! People should definitely go here for great customer service!

Love the sales person
We purchase all of our vehicles from Interstate Ford and from Q and Stacia. We have purchased six vehicles from there in the last 3 years one used and the rest brand new. We love the understanding of the sales people, Stacia and Q. they understand our needs for a particular vehicle and our price range. They always work with us and get us the vehicle that meets both requirements. It's always a great experience. It doesn't take all day. We are in and out of there pretty quickly and management and financing recognize us as returning customers and are very great to work with.

Great salesman
We purchase all of our vehicles from Interstate Ford and from Stacia and or Q before he moved to financing. We have purchased five new and one used from Interstate Ford in the last two to three years. And plan to release two vehicles next year and my adult son will purchase/lease from Interstate Ford for the first time. We appreciate how Stacia and Q listen to our needs both for use of the vehicle and financial. They pick a model to fit both of our requirements. It's always correct and there is no hassle. The dealership is also very good to us. They recognize us as returning customers and are very good to us too.

Help on the road with my Ford Focus
While traveling in Central Colorado the Transmission overheating light came on and I had to pull over and wait 10 Minutes for it to cool off. The transmission was not running very smooth so I opted to go to the nearest Ford Dealer I could find. Luckily I picked Interstate Ford. I have never received better service than I did from their Service Department. Both men at the desk went out of their way to handle the situation. They explained exactly what they were doing and actually re-programmed my car. It has run fine ever since my visit to Interstate Ford. The individual that was with me made the comment, "They took such good care of you it made me want to come here to buy my next car. (He lives in Utah) Thanks for immediately taking care of my problem and thanks for the great service.

Great buying experience

Mostly pretty smooth
We custom ordered a Ford Fusion Energi on the X-Plan through Stacia at the dealership. The process took a while, which we fully expected, but luckily they were quite accommodating to some of the change orders we put in after the process began due to some miscommunication on our end. Overall, despite a few deviations from the original plan, the car arrived exactly as we desired and is working out great. In addition Stacia was excellent to work with a long the way.
