Interstate Ford

We went to Interstste Ford to trade our F350 for a new F150 yesterday. They had the truck we wanted, made quick work of the negotiations, gave us a fair price on our trade and got us thru finance in short order. A very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient staff. No hassle, low pressure dealer. You don't have to be a mathematician to get a good deal. Todd Weber really took time to make sure he was meeting my needs. We looked at all sorts of possibilities. He really listened to my ask/needs. The service department took care of additional adds I had , such as a bedliner. The work turned out great. Those guys in service were extremely friendly as well. I will absolutely do business with them again!

He has personal experience he shared which was very beneficial. He worked over Labor Day weekend & holiday to find the specific truck we wanted and followed up and kept in touch so we knew what was happening all the time. The GM was very responsive and helpful in closing the deal. Q in financing was very detailed, explained the finance options and other warranty information very clearly. Overall a great experience! We plan to continue our relationship with this dealership for maintenance on our new vehicle as well!

Found myself with engine problems while traveling from Grand Lake through RMNP on our way to Denver. Being from out of state, I had no idea where to seek help on a Saturday afternoon. Searched dealerships in the area & luckily found Interstate with their service department staffed! They got me in during a busy day, recognizing my dilemma and few options. Jeffrey Duvall quickly diagnosed an ignition coil problem and had us fixed and out of there in record time. Plus it cost less than initially estimated. Made the 12 hour drive home a few days later perfectly. Excellent service, customer focused and greatly appreciated! Thank you again Jeffrey.

Dennis Blair did a good job and seemed to know a lot about the car we were looking at. He was very cordial, no pressure to buy. He was very helpful, I will be in the market to buy a new truck this summer and I will be giving Dennis my business.

No pressure from Dennis to buy. We were on a tight budget and he found a way for us to get our vehicle! Dennis knew all about the truck we were considering. We only had two questions he could not answer, but he had those answers for us by the time we left the lot with the truck!
