Horrible customer services!!
I called to see if they have a basic Versa around $13000. Robert, sales manger said “yes we do.” I drove 35 miles to meet him. Then he told me we only have used ones for that price. For you, Sentra will be a much better deal. Then, he said “you can lease a Sentra for $200/mo with $5000 down.” I told him that make no sense. I immediately called Glendal Nissan to check prices and found out they have new Versa for $13,775 with $500 Rebate. Then, all of sudden now Robert has Versa for 13, 775. When I asked him for $500, he said I don’t have that. But , when I told him Glendal Nissan has it, he said “yes yes we have.” The cash price of the car was $13,775. However, they wrote on the contract cash price of $14,6ish. I thought the difference is some kind of distention fees. However, I found out when I got home at 11:00pm the sticker price is only 13, 775. I filed a complaint with Nissan Consumer Affairs who told me they send an email to their customer relation. So far , no one called me from their customer relation!! I highly suggest for any buyer to go to Nissan Motor Cooperation website and review the current offers, which I should have done before I go to see Robert. Further, if you’re in the market for a used car, ask them to provide you with “car fax report” of the car you’re buying. Even if the car looks great on the outside, you should negotiate the price down if the car has ANY accident. If they didn’t provide it, do Not buy! One more thing. they refused to let me buy Nissan extended warranty and tried to push me to buy a third party warranty which I didn’t. Just be aware is Nissan Motor Cooperation warranty is the BEST warranty. Finally, dishonest and horrible customer service!!

I called Karen Tomasick and left two messages on 7/8 and 7/12, respectively. Unfortunately, she never called me back. I am not surprise at all since this is how they treat their customers and a reflection to their customer service pattern.
Not screwed over
I was very happy with the service I got from Cerritos Nissan. David was a great salesman, friendly and accommodating. The process of buying the car seemed fair and everyone was friendly. I didn't feel screwed over after I bought the car.

Bought a good car

Nissan Sentra service
I went to Nissan to get my car serviced. As usual ken is always on time for appointments, very attentive & helpful. All Nissan staff is friendly & they provide a positive, & clean environment. Ken always goes over and beyond to make sure I leave Nissan satisfied. I recommend making an appointment with Ken at the Nissan dealer in Cerritos.

Dead battery
I went in there Thursday morning because I was having issues turning on my the previous night. Apparently my battery was dead and I had bought one that night. When I went in they they mentioned that their batteries have. 7 year warranty and also replaced the parts that were damaged. It was done fast and everyone there is friendly. Thanks to Victor Silva for explaining things to me because I don’t speak car language, very helpful person!

Wonderful experience
A few years ago I had a horrible experience with Cerritos Nissan and vowed not to ever return.. I’m glad I returned and I’m happy to say my experience this time around was amazing! Mike was great! Very informative!! I definitely recommend Cerritos Nissan!!
