Christian was great, I went in to get my car serviced, he let me know how long my wait would be and followed my request to the T. If your car needs servicing please go ask for him!

The experience I had was that the sales team actually listened to what I had to say and worked with me as best they could.

In 2015, I bought my first car here and the service thereafter was extraordinary! No hassles, very friendly, approachable staff, and explanations of any and all things about your vehicle where "you" can understand. This month, I upgraded to a 2018. I love the cars and the facility. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you for taking care of me and my household with such reliable transportation and caring service.

Purchasing a car can be nerve wracking. I received many calls from other dealers promising me the car I was interested in to find out they didn't have the car on there lot, 90 minutes of my time wasted. Cerritos Nissan was amazing, the salesperson Fransisco was accommodating, the sales manager Nathan was trustworthy and in less that 30 seconds agreed to my offer. The Credit manager Dennie was fantastic getting me a better interest rate than I came in with. I highly recommend Cerritos Nissan to all car buyers.

We purchased a car about 1week and a half ago granted the car was not brand new but was still 23 thousand We were shown the car during night time everything looked great purchased the vehicle which was a long process get home the next day look over the car and notice 2 massive scratches as if like some ran something over,immediately text the sales person and let them know what I found mind you this is the very next day. She proceeds to tell me ^well after all it is not a brand new car^? Seriously????she then say bring it by maybe they can buff it out???? Ummm buffing wont work She then says she sent the pictures I sent to her boss and here we are a week later and I've heard NOTHING. I've emailed and called and nobody has done s*** .Its like come in we will be great until we make the sale then screw you afterwards 23 thousand dollars may not mean much to the but come on make it right. So in short would I recommend Cerritos NISSAN NO WAY I've been told they will get back to me well guess what IM STILL WAITING.

My first experience was great. Everything that needed to be done was explained to me. No pressure on getting extra things that I didn’t necessarily need at the time. I will be back!!
