I’ll give it 2 out of 5 stars. Only reason is because my trade value and my sales rep Elijah were great. However, after owning my EX Sportage for a less than a week, I wanted to see about upgrading to the SX prestige model with AWD. Messaged my sales rep and their sales manager told him that it would be an $xx amount of money to upgrade and to come in. Left my Easter Sunday to go there only to be told different things and that my brand new car with only 200 miles on depreciated $11,000 and they wanted me to spend $15,000 more. Talk about ruining my Easter, and my day. They got my hopes up and ruined them. I do not respect this kind of service and think it’s shady and people should buy with caution.
