Bad customer service not organized customers all confused jumping in line in front of other customers that's been waiting for 20 minutes. No space for you to drop off your vehicle went for a recall mechanics didn't put parts back correctly while washing vehicle I had to put front bumper back back in place. Very unsatisfied told me I need transmission flush on paper but no estimate Kia west on Ferguson is horrible ghetto smell like marijuana when you go in early very un professional

Waited 45 minutes at the desk for the rep to check my car
Waited 45 minutes at the desk for the rep to check my car in. She accidently put my mileage at 500k instead of 50k and then couldn’t figure out how to change it. She said the WiFi had gone out and to wait until it was back to get my car checked in. At this point her Uber Eats breakfast arrived and she ate while I waited for her to check my car in. After 45 minutes, she said the WiFi wouldn’t come back up, so I would have to make an appointment for another day and return then. I won’t return to this location.
