I was in the market for a later model but smaller vehicle...

I was in the market for a later model but smaller vehicle for my wife becuase she had become completely frustrated with her 2004 GMC Denali XL. It was too big, heavy on gas, and the windshield leaked in heavy rains. I stopped at Fairway Ford's to browse through their pre-owned vehicles. A 2008 Explorer caught my attention so I took a closer look. I gave the Sales Rep my information to see if I could get lucky but the deal was rejected. He called on his Sales Manager, Jerome Bullock to assist him with the sale. Jerome came to the pre-owned lot, introduced himself, took some additional information and said he would be back in a few minutes. Jerome returned and said not only was he able to improve our interest rate and reduce the payments, but he managed to push the purchase through Ford Motor Credit. This was a huge accomplishment for us because our spotty credit usually landed us in the office of a predatory lender who did not have our best interest at heart. I have leased or purchased ten vehicles over the years...

I have leased or purchased ten vehicles over the years and no matter if it's sales or service, the customer service i have received has always been outstanding. Fairway always has had the car or truck in stock that I've wanted and it's never taken me more than two or three hours to finish a deal from start to finish. I travel over two hours to do business at Fairway Ford I would highly recommend them as a place to do business.

After having spent the winter in Tampa, It is such a JOY...

After having spent the winter in Tampa, It is such a JOY to be able to come back to Fairway Ford!! My Explorer just seems to smile as I pull in for service. Marshall treats me with priority service and got me in and out with absolute professionalism and dispatch.. and everyone right down to the cashier is so friendly and helpful. Its just so good to see down-home service again !.. thanks Fairway. Keep the standard High.

I have had several great buying experiences with Fairway....

I have had several great buying experiences with Fairway. It doesn't end there. Wonderful customer service after the sale. Multiple follow ups to make sure I understood the advanced sync system. The only place to buy a Ford product in the southeast!

I have purchased 3 cars from these guys in the past and...

I have purchased 3 cars from these guys in the past and they have shown me nothing but respect and are always friendly. I have no problems with them and when I purchase my next vehicle I will look no other place but there because they treat customers right and have great prices on their trucks/suvs/cars! I have nothing negative to say.

My family has bought a total of 5 cars from this dealership in the past 10 years. They have always been very professional and courteous to us. On the rare occassion that we had to take our cars in for service, everything was handled great. One time there was a misunderstanding, but once it was brought to the attention of the Service Manager they went out of their way to make it right.

I came in for a 5,000 mile maintenance service- there...

I came in for a 5,000 mile maintenance service- there were some changes made since my previous visit- I was greeted promptly by Marshall- my information taken- I was informed about the maintenance schedules which was helpful- I decided what I needed and gave the go ahead- I then had to go to a meeting so I utilized the complimentary shuttle service- the driver Brad was very knowledgeable about Ford service and products as well as Greenville and its many activities to enjoy- you'd think he was a concierge!- my meeting finished up quicker than I anticipated so I returned earlier than discussed expecting to wait- my car was parked right in front- completed to my surprise!- Marshall stepped out and escorted me to the cashier answering any questions I had on the way- the cashier couldn't have been nicer- no one Likes to bring their car in for service- but let me say- I left Fairway that day smiling- good employees who care Really make a difference...

A bunch of liars! Turn away from this place. If you...

A bunch of liars! Turn away from this place. If you cannot, well do your homework really well and read the contract three times before signing. Not only they pretended that they don't know the promotions that Ford offers to get more money from your pocket, they plan unethical tricks by "mention" to you an offer (like free maintenance) but NOT write in contract due to "conflict to other promotions" so you don't really get it, which they won't tell you until it is too late!

The salesmen and all those who work in the service...

The salesmen and all those who work in the service department at Fairway Ford were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The service to my 2006 Expedition has always been done promptly and correctly. Each time I've visited the dealership, I am impressed with the exceptional customer service the display. I highly recommend this dealership to others!

I had a great experience at Fairway when I went in to get...

I had a great experience at Fairway when I went in to get a flat tire repaired. The service staff at Fairway repeatedly checked over the tire to make sure that my car would be safe to drive. I really appreciated their attentiveness to a relatively minor issue. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the work was done very quickly. I will definitely be back for future service!
