I don't suggest anyone going to the used car lot at

I don't suggest anyone going to the used car lot at Fairway Ford in Greenville SC. Their salesmen don't care about helping anyone out. I have never had a used car lot, not want to budge on their price of a vehicle that by looking at values, seemed to be about 5K overpriced. They requested I put an amount down and I asked if they would meet me in the middle, and that was a no go. They don't seem to want to try to help the customer out in any way.

DO NOT USE FAIRWAY FORD SERVICE!

DO NOT USE FAIRWAY FORD SERVICE! They SUCK. I spent $777 on 4 new tires, alignment and balance. They broke my tire pressure sensor and REFUSED to fix it. I had 3 people tell me 4 different things: * you have a Honda, we can’t fix it * you broke the sensors because you drove on a flat. LIE!!! I came out, saw my tire was flat and it was TOWED to Fairway. * we broke the sensors replacing your tires * the battery on your sensors needs to be changed - how could he possibly know this without even looking at the sensors I bought my car here 6 years ago. Have gotten service here ever since. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN and will warn others AWAY every chance I get.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealer.

Do not buy a vehicle from this dealer. They do not stand behind their used vehicles they sell you. Sold us a lemon and will not fix!!! Bought a Honda Odyssey from them last month. Nothing but trouble with it since purchase. After papers were signed that’s all they cared about. Horn starts blowing randomly, dash lights flickering and it stops working. Customer service is horrible. This all started while they had it in their possession yet they refused to fix. Never ever do business with them! The issues happened while in their possession yet they still refused to fix tho they may have caused it. They told us the vehicle was accident free. We found out not going through the paperwork in the dash that the vehicle had certainly been in an accident. Very dishonest dealership.

THE WEBSITE SPELLED OUT THE OUT THE DOOR PRICING NORMALLY YOU WOULD GET SURPRISED WITH WHEN VISITING OTHER DEALERS. GREAT WORKING WITH YOU ALL ON MY USED MAZDA CX5 WHICH WAS IN AMAZING CONDITION AND VERY CLEAN COMPARED TO THE SAME VEHICLE WITH THE SAME MILEAGE RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD. GO ANYWHERE ELSE !

GO ANYWHERE ELSE !! Our Lincoln Navigator air conditioner fan was whining, cutting in & out and it wasn’t blowing cold air. Took it here for repair. Had a bill for over $400 above and beyond our Endurance insurance because they labor fees are so much over the standard book rates, and when we got in the car, the air was still warm and the “new” fan whined. We told them immediately as we hadn’t even left the lot. We were told our insurance only covered standard parts, not “Ford/Lincoln “ parts ( which were more than double the price) so they were not responsible. If we wanted it fixed, we had to pay for another appointment, another diagnostic and another round of labor fees. In other words, we would have to pay them to repair what they were JUST PAID TO REPAIR !! Where we come from we call that FRAUD !
