The car itself is okay, I won't buy another one though.
The car itself is okay, I won't buy another one though. Volvo's customer service is terrible, and so are Volvo dealerships. I bought the car preowned from a different dealership. I prefer to have the routine maintenance done at the Volvo dealership. I can't get them to respond to my emails for service questions after 5 attempts

Needed another vehicle for our working teens and this car was the perfect size, fuel economy and safety record. I do wish it actually had a spare tire rather than a flat-patch kit and inflation pump.
