Great car for small price.

The VW Eos 2.0T has really impressed me (62 yo retired). It is not the most eye catching of the 75 cars and trucks that I have owned. However It truly stands out for quality of construction, comfortable ride, performance and advanced technology and engineering. This is my 4th convertible (Mazda Miata, Ford Mustang, Fiat X19) and the Eos no doubt better than any of the rest. Great gas millage with V8 performance in a 4 cylinder Turbo.

Engine Lost Compression at apron 98800 miles

2009 EOS Komfort, Fun to drive, Enjoyed driving 6 speed manual turbo but engine gave in at about 98800, mechanic said lost compression, rubber parts in engine rings or something blew inside the engine, needed new engine or complete rebuild, had to sell for Junk price. (Audi 4 cylinder) New VW not as good and durable as old school ones.
