What Is the 2019 Nissan Frontier?

The 2019 Nissan Frontier is a mid-size pickup truck that seats up to five people. It comes standard with a 152-horsepower, 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine; a 261-hp, 4.0-liter V-6 is available. Both engines can work with a manual or automatic transmission, and rear- and four-wheel-drive versions are offered. Competitors include the Toyota Tacoma, Chevrolet Colorado and Honda Ridgeline.

What's New on the 2019 Nissan Frontier?

A 7-inch touchscreen multimedia system is now standard.

What Features in the 2019 Nissan Frontier Are Most Important?

The King Cab (extended cab) truck has room for four, but the crew cab can hold up to five people. The King Cab has a 6-foot cargo bed, while the crew cab can have either a 5- or 6-foot bed. Cargo bed options include a spray-on bedliner and a rail system with movable tie-down cleats. Leather-trimmed seats, a power-adjustable driver's seat, heated side mirrors and a moonroof are also optional.

Should I Buy the 2019 Nissan Frontier?

The Frontier proves affordable trucks still exist, but the base version doesn't come with many convenience features: it has manual side mirrors, manual windows and manual locks. While it offers good maneuverability and towing capability with the V-6 engine, the brake pedal feels mushy, and we noticed wind noise at highway speeds.

Had it 2 weeks now.

Had it 2 weeks now. Driving it is effortless. Handles well. We always get a 2 or 3 year old vehicle and let someone else take the hit. This is 5 years ago but in great shape AND 2 or 3 year olds were close to a trillion dollars so Musk can get those, not me. Put a cover on the back already and will install running boards today (my wife's NOT tall). This is for a short commute to work but mostly to tow our camping trailer as we're creeping up on full retirement. Tucson gets HOT for about 4 or 5 months and I've already paid my dues. Ha. Interior design is fine, I don't need fancy. Great sound system. Lifted enough for rough roads out in the sticks. 1st 4 door I've owned. Luvit. Had an 01 King Cab that was bullet proof. Sold it eventually because I'm not that bright. Recommend it to anyone.
