What Is the 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross?
Mitsubishi calls its five-seat Eclipse Cross a compact SUV, but the brand already has one of those in the two-row Outlander Sport. The Eclipse Cross slots between the Outlander Sport and the three-row Outlander in Mitsubishi’s lineup, and it’s available in five trim levels: base ES, LE, SE, SEL and Ralliart. The Eclipse Cross faces competition from the Honda CR-V, Toyota RAV4 and Mazda CX-5.
What’s New on the 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross?

LE trims get a free two-year trial subscription to Mitsubishi Connect services, while SE trims now include standard adaptive cruise control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and a rear USB port. Both SE and SEL trims get a new standard hands-free tailgate.

Should I Buy the 2024 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross?
The Eclipse Cross brings unique style to the compact SUV class, but we found it lacking in many areas. Its engine isn’t that powerful, and despite standard all-wheel drive, it doesn’t handle well. There’s not much room in the backseat, either.
