I upgraded from a 2016 ML350 6 cylinders thinking that this new GLE350 2.0L will be better but I was very disappointed to find out that, regardless of the great look of the car and the new high-end interior and touch controls computers, I found that: 1. The 4-cylinder engine is very noisy, you can even hear the clicking of the engine valves 2. Regardless of the bigger tires, the suspension is not what the 2016 had, you can feel all the potholes and road cracks. MB was known for its suspension but not anymore 3. Radio, sometimes it come on by itself and many times it doesn’t 4. The ML350 Bluetooth connected my iPhone immediately when entering the car. The new GLE350 force me to go to the menu, find the setting to pair the cell phone with the care every single time 5. For the price of the car around $75K, it doesn’t come with a line control and semi-autopilot (even the 2020 Honda accord has) but fully parks itself! 6. No distance control when you are in cruise control. You can totally crash with the car in front of you. 7. Maps don’t get updated as described in the add, you should bring the car in the shop to update the MB maps. I am driving for a year with an old map. 8. Why do you have to pay extra for services that the vehicle comes up with? Sounds like a scam to me.

Can't wait to get rid of it

It has been a disappointment compared to my 2016 model. The driver seat vinyl (it is not leather) started cracking 6 months after driving it. Warranty does not cover that I was told. Quality is going downhill. The engine in my 2016 had much better excelleration.
