DISAPPOINTMENT
Where to start with such a disappointing vehicle. The ride of the GLC43 is very harsh but there is little handling benefit. The transmission tuning is poor. Comfort mode (which is the default) is limp (it starts in 2nd gear and upshifts constantly with result that if you even look at the gas pedal it is busy downshifting)

Smoothest car I have ever driven. Pure luxury
Great luxury vehicle for a family. Lots of comfort and roomy. Safety ratings are out of this world. Will never buy anything else. Ultimate all around best mid size vehicle.
