Really nice car do not like the transmission probl

I found this car January 12th 2023 at battison Honda in Oklahoma City on their website I went out and looked at the car and drove it it has a bump shift in the transmission going from second gear to third gear I asked the dealer to look at the problem the salesman noticed it had the shift problem when we test drove it I dealt with them for 5 weeks they sent it to Cooper Lincoln Mercury in Edmond who supposedly was going to do a software update on the transmission that didn't happen after 10 days almost 2 weeks then the Honda dealer got it back from Cooper who while they had ruined the right front tire so they had to put a new tire on it the Honda dealer had a second factory key fob made but the emergency key inside the key fob was not the correct key so it's no good the Honda dealer put two new tires on the back which I appreciate I took the car to Cummins Lincoln Mercury in Weatherford Oklahoma to have those transmission serviced had it flushed out new fluid put in the old fluid was black was the tire on the car they did not drop the pan did not put a new filter in it the Honda dealer said they weren't going to do anything more to it and I told the dealer during the process of dealing with the car that I was not going to keep the car and finalize the deal without the problem taking care of February 5th they had the title notarized and dated and sent to me by mail without the problem being solved this was going to be my last car I'm 69 years old I don't intend on buying any other cars I now regret buying this car even though I really do like it but I do not like the transmission which if you Google and look it up this car has history of some having a transmission problem to rebuild this transmission is $3,000 roughly which I don't have I live on Social Security so do I recommend this dealer if someone's looking for a car the salesman whose name is Grayson was always honest and respectful but I feel like I was not giving a full story about this car even though I discovered it it was a car from Michigan when it was new I found out that through Carfax so I suggest anybody do your homework on a car with Carfax use the VIN number I have a 2008 Lincoln MKZ which I bought as a one owner 5 years ago until it was wrecked that's why I went looking for another newer model everything else like about this car I really enjoy it has a 2.0 engine with a turbo leather seats all the bells and whistles I'm sorry they quit building the car back in 2020 Lincoln made a mistake doing away with cars no I have a car that in probably short-term I will not be able to drive until I get the money to take care of the transmission so I'm driving it as easy as possible and as little as possible

Extremely proud owner.

Bought this 2017 in 2023 after owning an 2009 MKZ for 4 years. It is an extremely comfortable, stylish car with impressive performance. I love the interior and ergonomics, wonderful sound system, and more features than I can itemize. Money well spent!
