You get what you pay for

Just "Average" - Car is best when mileage is below 50k, after that, beware, parts will start breaking. Shocks\Struts, Door Hinges, Starter, Tie Rods, Steering Rack($4300 w/labor), Air Con Compressor($1,500 w/labor), Serp Belt & Tensioners, Timing Belt etc. Other parts that will probably need replacing soon also - O2 sensors, brakes, spark plugs & ignition coils. From here after 85k mi, the list can go on and on, as the parts get old and need replacing. Just remember KIA's are made cheap, so don't get your expectations too high. In Colorado- 4/20/24

Little Piglett keeps on chugging....

I'm at 274,000 miles...The car engine and transmission are still fine (4cyl). Next week replacing the lower control arms and end links...maybe ball joints too. The only negative is the timing belt services...Costs about $1200...but with the price of new... it's still worth it. Maybe I can get to 400,000 miles?
