Are you ready for some big news about the 2020 Hyundai Tucson? Well, you’ll have to keep waiting. We expect to hear about 2020 pricing for the Tucson sooner than later, but the news for now is a shade more superficial — a few shades actually.

Related: 2019 Hyundai Tucson: Everything You Need to Know

New for 2020 are four exterior paint colors: Stellar Silver takes the place of Molten Silver (it’s from space!), Magnetic Force takes over for Coliseum Grey (Magnets! Forceful ones!), Winter White replaces Dazzling White (Remember “Game of Thrones”? And how the last season definitely didn’t suck and the existential threat of permanent winter lasted all of three episodes?) and Cream White will take the spot of White Pearl (I don’t have a joke for this one).

The only other content change to the Tucson is the addition of a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob to Sport and higher trims. Otherwise, the Tucson still retains the same four-cylinder engines and six-speed automatic transmission. Standard and available safety features and optional headlights earned the 2019 Tucson a Top Safety Pick Plus from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, and there are no changes in those areas for the 2020 model.

Hey, the 2019 version of the Tucson finished a solid third in our 2019 Compact SUV Challenge. Why mess with a good thing?

Biggest xxx Ever!

This has been the WORST vehicle we have EVER purchased! Electrical issues CONSTANTLY! 3 times we took it back to Hyundai dealership with interior overhead lights not working. Last time, they said it had a short in it and they supposedly replaced the entire interior lights. By the time we got it home, no more lights AGAIN! Also, they keep replacing the fuse with a 25 Amp where a 10 Amp is supposed to go. Now, more electrical issues as it won't even start! My credit is going to crap, but I'm calling bank on Monday and telling them to come get this overpriced xxx out of my driveway! We will NEVER EVER buy another Hyundai or Kia! JUNK! Buy American!
