The Honda Passport is a shortened version of the automaker’s Pilot three-row SUV. The two-row Passport seats five, and all versions are powered by a 280-horsepower, 3.5-liter V-6 engine that works with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard and all-wheel drive is available. With more body cladding and black exterior trim, the Passport looks more rugged and less “family” than the Pilot. Competitors include the Nissan Murano, Ford Edge and Hyundai Santa Fe.
