The front-wheel-drive Honda Accord is a mid-size, five-seat sedan with a strong reputation for value, reliability and fuel efficiency. The Accord is powered by a standard 192-horsepower, turbocharged 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine that pairs with a continuously variable automatic transmission or an available 252-hp, turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder that works with a 10-speed automatic. The hybrid drivetrain in the Accord Hybrid makes 212 hp total, and the sedan is EPA-rated as high as 47 mpg combined.

Accord competitors include the Hyundai Sonata, Toyota Camry and Nissan Altima. The Accord Hybrid offers 19.9 cubic feet of cargo space, according to Cars.com’s cargo measurements.

A new Sport trim level replaces the EX trim in the Accord Hybrid lineup and features 19-inch alloy wheels, a black rear spoiler, LED headlights and foglights, heated front seats, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity, satellite radio and sport pedals.

What Features in the 2022 Honda Accord Are Most Important?

Standard features include:

  • 8-inch touchscreen multimedia system

I bought my hybrid accord brand new.

I bought my hybrid accord brand new. I got 100K miles now and not a single problem and I'm getting 47mpg. I work for a dealership and out of every sedan it's size nothing feels better to drive.
