Don't Buy a Genesis

I purchased this car in Oct. 2021. Ran great for almost a year but then started having problems in Oct. 2022 with less than 10,000 miles. In the last 3 months it has been towed into the shop 3 times for multiple electronic and engine malfunctions. So far it has been in the shop 7 out of the last 12 weeks. Still there. They also are not able to get parts for the car in a timely manner including a battery, which supposedly is now causing all the problems after a fuel injector replacement. Genesis customer service, while polite, only offers apologies for the continued problems. They tout the great warranty. While the car has great design, comfort and style, it is very unreliable and Genesis doesn't seem to care.

GREAT CARS!

Only had it two weeks, but bought based on ownership of 2015 Genesis which I bought new. When I sold it, it had 72000 miles and NEVER needed a repair.. it went to the dealership only for maintenance. Great cars.
