What Is the 2023 Ford F-150?
As the bestselling pickup truck in the U.S., there are seemingly endless ways to customize the 2023 Ford F-150 for a wide variety of tasks. There are three cab styles, three cargo-bed lengths and seven powertrains available, including a 250-horsepower diesel V-6; a 430-hp, full-hybrid V-6; and a 700-hp, supercharged V-8 in the new-for-2023 Raptor R. The all-electric F-150 Lightning is reviewed separately in Cars.com’s Research section. The most basic F-150 is a bargain-minded workhorse, while the highest trims have enough power, luxury and tech to make many premium-brand vehicles blush. The F-150’s rivals are the Chevrolet Silverado 1500, GMC Sierra 1500, Nissan Titan, Ram 1500 and Toyota Tundra.
