A fine replacement for my 1993 Aerostar Van

My previous van was a 1993 Aerostar with 255,000 miles on it. Loved the Aerostar, but the plastic bumpers had dis-integrated and the paint job was flaking and ratty. Was afraid of problems with the FWD Windstar. I never considered the E350 until I saw one on the highway. It looked very good for a commercial van. Real steel bumpers, not plastic! Much better styling than the Aerostar. I found my used 2010 E350 passenger XLT van in Belton TX. Nice silver paint job that had held up. Drove very well. Good acceleration. Held road very well. Nimble. Better rear visibility than Aerostar. I took out the back two bench seats. With the front buckets and first remaining rear seat I can accommodate 3 or four rear seat passengers and still have more cargo space than the Aerostar XLT with only it"s front seats. A very nice van for stuff hauling, towing, and occasional added passengers. It has a heavy duty trailer hitch fastened to a REAL FRAME, The aerostar hitch was connected to a sheet metal stamping on it's unibody. The E350 is a definitely a much better van for me than the Aerostar, Windstar, or Metro. Sad to hear that Ford is discontinuing this nice RWD van.
