Lemon Vehicle

I recently purchased a 2009 Dodge Durango from this dealer as a referral. My bf owns the same car from them & has had it over two yrs so they seemed reputable. We did a live tour of the vehicle, and at the time everything with the truck seemed great besides there being a check engine light on the dashboard. They were advised, I was not interested in a car with any issues or any dashboard lights; especially the check engine light! They reassured me that they can fix that issue (check engine light) by changing out the truck's fuel tank. I bought the truck outright & gave them the job of getting it delivered to me to California. They advised the part was changed, and the day of the tow we paid for expedited shipping. Gil, the sales manager, continuously, reassured the light is off and there are no lights displayed on the dashboard. The truck was set to be sent with an eta of Tues (2/2/21)/Wed afternoon (2/3/21) which quickly changed to Friday afternoon 3/5/21. Friday morning of the expected delivery date, I received a text from an unknown # advising the truck is delayed and will arrive Saturday afternoon 3/6/21@ 3. Saturday comes, its 3:30 and my truck is not here. No calls from anyone with uodates, and no one is answering their phones not even the tow guy (whose number I had to get from google because the company they hired to tow the truck transferred it over to another company after leaving dealers lot)! I reach out to the broker who tells me the truck will be arriving in 25 mins. Around 3:50 pm my truck is pulling up and is now starting with an odd noise that was never there during the tour of the vehicle. To make matters worse, there are (5) lights on the dashboard that was never mentioned to me or seen when live tour was conducted! Every light but the check engine light! The check engine light isn't even on! Everyone, save yourselves the time and the headache because as much as you think a business is good, beyond the eye it's terrible! This business has two faces! They smiled in my face, took my money, and knew this truck shouldn't have been sold! Carway Autosales, Jeannette or GIl, I hope you find it in your hearts to do the right thing, and get this settled because if not I will see you in court with my lawyer to get back every penny that was paid to you guys for this truck!! This was bad business!
