What Is the 2019 Dodge Charger?

The Dodge Charger is a full-size sedan that can seat up to five people. It runs on a standard 292-horsepower, 3.6-liter V-6 engine that works with an eight-speed automatic transmission. A 370-hp, 5.7-liter V-8; a 485-hp, 6.4-liter V-8 and a 707-hp, supercharged 6.2-liter V-8 are also available. Rear- and all-wheel-drive versions are offered. Competitors include the Nissan Maxima, Chevrolet Impala and Ford Taurus.

What's New on the 2019 Dodge Charger?

The R/T Scat Pack and SRT Hellcat get a different grille with twin inlets as well as Launch Assist and Line Lock features. GT and R/T models, meanwhile, get a performance-tuned suspension with Bilstein shocks, a 3.07 final drive ratio for the GT, updated steering, shift paddles, Performance Pages for the 8.4-inch touchscreen and bolstered seats.

What Features in the 2019 Dodge Charger Are Most Important?

A range of engines means you can get a Charger that's relatively mild to extremely wild; for example, the SRT Hellcat boasts a top speed of 204 mph, according to Dodge. Available all-wheel drive should provide some peace of mind for shoppers in the snow belt. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone connectivity is standard, and most trim levels have the impressive 8.4-inch touchscreen multimedia system. Forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking is optional.

Should I Buy the 2019 Dodge Charger?

With its rear-wheel-drive platform and available high-output V-8 engines, the Charger is a bit of an outlier among mainstream competitors but should be high on your list if you're looking for a four-door muscle car.

SXT AWD 3.

SXT AWD 3.6 V6 is a very comfortable and dependable car with enough power. I get 33 mpg on long trips and with AWD very handy for wet roads or snow. Lots of extra features like the Beats stereo and I also like the red door puddle lights, fold-down rear seat makes extra trunk hauling space, too. I recommend the Charger, No mechanical issues so far.

DOOR PANEL COMPLAINT

i have a 2018 SXT it is plumb crazy purple love the color was going to buy a B5 blue until i seen them side by side. The biggest problem i have with it is the door panels warping on all 4 doors along with the drivers side console. This is a common problem with the Dodge cars. there should be a recall from the factory but alas nothing. Door panel run anywhere from 250 used to 600 new. Check the web about this before buying a Dodge.
