I am on my 2nd Trail Blazer.

I am on my 2nd Trail Blazer. 1st was a 2006, now. Loaded 2009 with a cream pearl air factory paint. Also had a 2002 sister Envoy loaded. My only contest fuel and brake lines corroded and had to be replaced. But it came from the north east coast. I wish I could get the same thing newer in the XL long wheelbase and V8. I’d buy one if it existed.

Poor choice for suv

No on/off switch for heat/cool. Independnt climate control prone to fail. Rear doors flare at bottom rear and are prone to premature rusting. Traction stabilizer lights light up on dash for no apparent reason and taking it to the garage doesn't help. Driver side seat control panel is known to break so it hangs there loose. It only has two small clips holding it in place that are thin and easily broken. Very little ground clearance for suv compared to other suv's Rear window hatch button known to go bad leaving rear window unoperable. Rear hatch wiper motor and/or arm prone to failure. Wiper arm has a plastic gear which the metal gear inserts into which makes the plastic wear out prematurely.
