I have had constant brake issues, when backing up out of the garage or out of a parking space it sounds like an old tractor, squeels so loud and constant. It is embarrassing to drive. The last time I had it in for service they charged me $80 to service the brakes - said there were no recalls on them so too bad for me. Ridiculous, obviously there is an issue.

Fate..? Maybe.

I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.
