What it is: The Audi A6 is a mid-size luxury sedan available with front- or all-wheel drive and a choice of gas engines: a turbocharged four-cylinder or a supercharged V-6.  Competitors include the BMW 5 Series, Cadillac CTS, Jaguar XF and Mercedes-Benz E-Class. A related S6 performance version comes with a 450-horsepower, twin-turbocharged V-8 engine.

A navigation system and the Audi Advanced Key are now standard. Premium Plus trim levels add LED headlights and cabin lighting while the Prestige version gains a 360-degree camera system.

S6
The S6 is the muscle car of the A6 line, highlighted by its 4.0-liter V-8 engine with twin turbochargers. The V-8 teams with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. All-wheel drive is standard.
