acura rdx 2023 exterior front angle oem scaled jpg

Acura updated its RDX compact SUV for 2022, and for 2023, the brand is adding two “complimentary” service packages, though they’re not exactly free. The 2023 RDX is on sale now starting at $42,545 (includes destination), $750 more than the outgoing version.

The RDX is again available in front- or all-wheel drive, and the same packages and trim availability carry over: The sporty looking A-Spec trim returns, as do the Technology and Advance packages. Newly standard on all versions is three years of free AcuraLink services, which connects your vehicle to your smartphone and Amazon Alexa-enabled devices to control features of your ride, such as security and remote functions.

Also newly standard for 2023 is the Acura Maintenance Package. The free maintenance plan is good for the first two years or 24,000 miles of ownership and covers select factory-scheduled maintenance performed at participating Acura dealerships. Acura says the plan, which is transferable to subsequent owners, includes services such as oil and filter changes, tire rotation and multipoint inspections.

With the new free maintenance plan, Acura joins a growing list of marques who offer the service.

Denver Review

The mouse controller for most of the features is too complicated and difficult to quickly understand. Also, the car awkwardly shifts into gear as it accelerates.

So far so good!

My review is all positive. Particularly we LOVE the Sound proofing inside the car. Only negative is it is GAS HOG! It is BIG and sometimes I feel bulky. All the features are sometimes difficult to remember how to do what. Navigation system is "goofy" at times claiming it does not have such listing..
