Had an amazing experience at Mercedes, Princeton! Took my car in for a Service A, and they were super quick and professional. The staff was friendly, worked with Service manager Victor and he didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. The waiting area was clean and comfortable too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for honest and reliable service

I called on a Monday morning with a flat tire emergency, on the road for an important meeting more than 60 miles from home. The service coordinator at MB of Princeton advised me to come in right away. Not only were they reassuring and professional, they went above and beyond to give us a room to conduct our meeting remotely. My tire was expertly done within.two hours. I couldn't be happier with MBP and will purchase my next vehicle from them, even though I will drive 60 miles to do it. 😉
