Customer service was friendly and helpful. If I had any questions they were glad to help. And my wait wasn't to long. My advisor (Ralph) kept me informed about the service done and what else that was needed.

Absolutely nothing.

Absolutely nothing.Brought car to have alternator replaced.Had my car for o most a week.And then charged me $500 more than they told me.And that was after buying the alternator myself from parts store.I told dealership I wanted a factory alternator .But I believe the amount of time they spent on car they had to make up some lost labor.So they had me take new alternator I had in car and get it replaced because it went bad.Then I get my car back and the air conditioner was not working.I called and made appt to have it checked and they charged me another $120 .And told me it was because it had so many miles was reason a/c was not working.Not that they took ac pump loose and caused a leak ?

I have a 2022 Nissan Rogue and my husband was driving it

I have a 2022 Nissan Rogue and my husband was driving it when the drive shaft broke. Had it towed in. Still under warranty but Frank Calderon said that due to the fact that the tire tread had a variance it would not be covered and that besides the drive shaft and transfer case the rear coupler may also have sustained damage. We have driven AWD/4WD cars for 30 years. Never had a drive shaft to break. Why pay for a warranty if Nissan won't stand by it. I'm a woman but I'm not that stupid. Who in their right mind would spend $5600 to repair this on a 2 year old car. I even contacted George Sniadoski at their corporate and he was no help. Playing phone tag and constantly talking about a data breach and then phone problems there. That's not my problem , but not having a car because Nissan refuses to honor a warranty is the blatant dishonesty and terrible customer service. Last Nissan I will ever have.
