Looking for a new SUV to replace the one I totaled! Found one online but I went to the wrong Galpin dealership. Teddy O'Meir was the first person I met and he told me where it was and rather that just have me go over there, he offered to take me there. I asked plenty of questions since it was a used car and I had a bad experience when I last purchased a used car at another dealership. Teddy was very helpful and knowledgeable about the history of the vehicle and why it was on the lot. His thoroughness and non hard sell approach made purchasing the vehicle a simple decision. Teddy was also very personable and which also played a role in the vehicle purchase. He didn't come off as making you feel like you were just another sale. He also followed up a couple days later to see how the everything was going. Great salesman and great car buying experience. Give Teddy a raise and don't let him go!!!

We have purchased multiple cars (7?) from Galpin and continue to go to Galpin even though we’ve moved farther away. Their customer service and cleanliness is always top tier. We’ve gone to Adrian specifically for the last 4 car purchases and have recommended our friends and family go to him as well. He’s the best!!

This was a great experience from beginning to end. David was honest and I don’t say that easily or typically. Galpin was able to help me find numbers that fit my budget to get the car that I wanted. And Sam in finance was very pleasant as well. I LOVE my Mustang Mach-E
