It was a great experience, without any sales pressure.

It was a great experience, without any sales pressure. I was in and out quickly and drove home with my Chevy Colorado. Plus trusted me to bring back a check a week later to complete the deal. Also went above and beyond by taking me to return my rental. Everyone working there was extremely nice. This was the second vehicle I purchased there and another family member has also bought from this dealership! Great place to buy a vehicle!!

Highly Recommend AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa - best used car buying experience ever! Great sales support with the remote purchase of a late model used car - the Sales Manager Justin Matusow provided excellent guidance thru purchase process and was responsive to inquiries. Car was delivered clean and shiny at pickup and closing the deal with Finance Manager Jordan Hawkins was stress free and simple. Would purchase from dealership again.

Eddie Leon was great.

Eddie Leon was great. Very helpful throughout the whole car buying experience and very patient. Eddie constantly checked in and updated me about any changes immediately and was very responsive. My only complaint is that the finance manager (Jordan) was very pushy about the warranty. Quite literally had to tell him no 70 times until he finally gave up. Took an hour in his office arguing with him that I didn’t want the coverage. He kept telling me that was their lowest price, but constantly lowered it more and more after each no. When he finally gave up, we finished the process in a few minutes. Overall a decent experience.

The service was great.

The service was great. But then I got my vehicle with a cracked windshield. Only to get a replacement and no replacement on the ceramic tint.

Terrific Service Manager Mike Fiala. Insightful and kept me informed throughout. My car?s issues are serious, but not immediate and I determined, with Mike?s input, to defer until I can workout financing the cost. I was not pushed or threatened, simply helped finding a solution which will work for me.
