Woman on phone could barely speak English.

Woman on phone could barely speak English. Had to tell her three times I had a diesel needing a LOF. Finally, she told me the starting price for a LOF on a diesel was $329 or about that. I was flabbergasted. I get a LOF at a dealership in MN for about $90. She said nothing and I said forget it.

We found the dealership to have employees that were very

We found the dealership to have employees that were very professional and helpful with the purchase of our new vehicle. The sales associate was not pushy and provided us with a couple of available options to test drive. We found the facilities to be very welcoming, with lots of new toys to dream about.

Car is great, buying was opaque, cannot recommend unless

Car is great, buying was opaque, cannot recommend unless very aggressive with the buying process. Was upsold on dealer warranty but decided to cancel and had to jump through multiple hoops in order to receive cancellation phone number even though it stated in the contract that cancellation is done in office

The financial officer did not show me the Retail Purchase

The financial officer did not show me the Retail Purchase Agreement while l was buying this vehicle. Instead, he just wrote down the final cost on his business card. When I got home, I found the RPA mixed in with a bunch of other papers in the folder he gave me. On looking at it I saw a rebate of ‘$3591 which is exactly the amount of points I had on my GM card. This is no rebate, this is my money. Also was led to believe that I would be getting a discount_ but it was not there, Further, it says that the Xgel paint protection Film cost $799 but it is not on the vehicle. So, I need to talk to someone about these issues.

My service appointment was made for a reasonable amount

My service appointment was made for a reasonable amount of time. Wes was very thorough upon the inspection of my vehicle, he found a nail in one of the tires that I didn’t know about. He updated me on future warranty service on my vehicle that was mandatory in order to maintain coverage protection on the transmission of my C 8. Wes did a great job.
