I dealt with Donny at Mesa Chevrolet and he was to the point and explained the reasons things needed to be fixed. He was not pushy about the repairs that I wanted to put on the back burner. I like that.

Service was fast

Went for an oil change and recall on my car was told give 2 1/2 hours for everything I was out in an hour and a half was fast service didn't take up my whole day

Bought a new car

Juan was the best!, it was a late deal, however Juan didn't care , he continued to do all he can for us , never rushed us , very nice representative ?

I was in once before and Robert took care of a warranty issue with the DEF system previously. This turned out to be another warranty issue, Robert took care of this very quickly s I was trying to leave for vacation and needed my truck. I am very happy with how he handled this issue.

IT'S LUNCH TIME

MY HOUSE PHONE WAS CALLED BECAUSE THAT WAS THE ONLY NUMBER ON FILE. WHEN MY WIFE ANSWERED THE PHONE SHE WAS TOLD OUR CAR WAS FINISHED. SHE ALSO WAS TOLD THAT HE DID KNOW WHERE I WAS, AND HE WAS GOING TO LUNCH. I GOT A CALL ON MY CELL FROM HOME THAT THE CAR WAS FINISHED. #1 I WAS WAITING IN THE CU LOUNGE. #2 I WENT TO THE CASHEER AND NO PAPER WORK WAS THERE. SHE MADE A CALL AND IT WAS DELIVERED. #3 AFTER I PAID THE BILL I ASK WHERE THE KEYS. ANOTHER CALL AND THE KEYS WERE DELIVERED. TTHREE CHEERS FOR LUNCH TIME
