Truck was at the dealership for over 3 weeks.
Truck was at the dealership for over 3 weeks. The shop scanned the vehicle and I was told it needed a new Nox sensor to fix the problem. They replaced the Nox sensor for a $1000.00 parts and labor. I then received a phone call saying the problem had not been solved and that it would need $4000.00 to solve the problem. I don't think they were 100% sure that would solve the problem!! Picked up the truck a few days later and took it to a different repair shop. A lot of wasted time and money!!

They made me run my credit again when I was already
They made me run my credit again when I was already approved with my bank. I already had an approval and they said they needed to run my credit for there records but that was xx?.would never go back again

I got there early so I had to wait but they’re waiting
I got there early so I had to wait but they’re waiting area has drinks and popcorn and TV. They kept me advised of any concerns. They had about my car and they got me out of there soon.

This is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased from them and we have been very happy all 3 times. All of the staff are friendly and helpful, very courteous. We believe they do their best to get buyers the vehicle they want. I'm sure we will go back when it's time for another car. :)
