This was one best car buying experiences we have had in 10 years. Everyone was great from the salesperson, sales manager to the finance manager. Gave us a fair trade offer and we had lots if inventory to chose from. It was almost stress free.

Worst service experience I’ve ever ever had in 49 years
Worst service experience I’ve ever ever had in 49 years as a consumer. I dropped my vehicle off in September 6 called over nine times up until September 10 finally what is responded to was told that I would call right back within an hour. Didn’t hear from them again until September 13 didn’t hear from them again until September 17 and then was told That they would get in my car the first week October . One of the reasons that you purchase a brand new vehicle, which is what I have a 2024 is you pay for the service prospective and you pay to eliminate the hassle and you would expect the brand to take pride in their services in addition to the transaction being responsible and able to service, customers should be congruent with the focus on sales.
