Very helpful staff.

Very helpful staff. Sonya, the sales person, was amazing very knowledgeable and helpful. Did not make me feel pressured at all. Also, the manage and the cfo were nice , the transaction was super easy. I will be recommending this team to all my family and friends

The service department is bad.

The service department is bad. They charged me for new TVs in my Escalade and then return the truck to me and they did not work. I also paid them to do mechanical work and now my truck has a winning noise when I hit the gas. I took it back and they told me it mite be the transmission on a 2021 Escalade. Then to add insult to injury they told me the transmission guy won't be back until next year in 2025. Then told me it's nothing and I can keep driving it. I feel so bad after spending thousands of dollars on this truck. I don't know if it's the truck or Les Stanford service department.

Top notch customer service.

Top notch customer service. Zachary was knowledgeable, helpful with great communication. Purchased car from out of state and Zachary made the process easy!

I wish I would?

I wish I would?ve bought my car anywhere but here. The sales department is awful. Once you walk out with your car they?re done with you. The managers Cory & Kim will NEVER call you no matter how many voicemails you leave them. I actually had to contact corporate to get any kind of help. My back driver side door was not opening from the outside. Huge safety issue with my kids in the back seat. Corporate contacted the dealer for me and got a service appointment finally set up after trying & trying for 3 weeks through sales management. The Service team was awesome though, very helpful. Mike was great.
