Worst dealership I ever dealt with.
Worst dealership I ever dealt with. Size, location and image of being a Cadillac dealership could all be improved. Dealership is small so parking was a challenge. No one to greet you upon arrival. I negotiated on a car that was advertised with 6 miles, but actually had almost 500 when I got there for the test drive. The car was dirty, the tires were under inflated causing the TPMS to activate. Rear driver’s side door wouldn’t open. The lack of knowledge on the features from the salesman was disappointing. Upon delivery of the Cadillac, once he got the check, he couldn’t move on to the next customer fast enough. I was left by myself in the new car waiting for tech support from OnStar to help. After almost 25 minutes, I went going for the sales manager. He helped resolve the problem. I was never introduced to the service department or contacted by anyone after the sale other than this survey. Lastly, no bottled water was available. How sad for being a Cadillac dealership. I would encourage the dealer principal to visit other Cadillac dealership to learn how to improve.

Mediocre to low . My Car was there for 2 weeks , I called to get an answered and never got anything . Parts price not even $ 50.00 Amazing labor close to a 1,000 .

Received an oil change with excellent customer service, shuttle service and follow up. The gentlemen at the front desk were kind and attentive. My service was completed quickly and I will be returning for my next oil change
