Making an appointment was less than simple. The service writer was not friendly and it was clear he did not like his job. I was told I could not exit when I made my appointment only to find when I dropped off my car the 2 people checking in, infront of me getting the same service were permitted to wait. I was called about an hour 15 minutes after dropping my vehicle off and told it was complete. I was able to find a ride back up a few hours later to pick up my vehicle where I was told I do not pick it up in the service dept I had to goto the cashier. The cashier handed my the receipt and my key. Then stared at me. I asked her where my vehicle was at. She told he if should be parked on the side if it wasn’t there to come ba I and let her know. I didn’t realize until the next day that a multi point inspection was attached to the receipt on which some issues were found. It was a terrible experience. I will not be back

Drop off my car at Antwerpen VW and got a hotel ... in the morning I explained my problem to Chuck and told him I was anxious to get on the road again. He and his team worked hard and hand me traveling by lunch time Monday. I am a delighted customer.
