It was good, only small complaint is the automatic calendar scheduling said 1:25am-2:25am instead of the actual time which was pm. My mom said it's also standard for it to take around 2 hours to get done what I was getting done, but it would be nice if that was what was represented as an estimate instead of 1 hour as well. Outside of that, excellent service.

The tech who greeted and directed me into the service bay
The tech who greeted and directed me into the service bay was prompt, friendly and polite and escorted me to Craig's desk. Craig was as friendly and cheerful, explained what services would be performed, asked if I had any issues with the car (none) and how the car met my expectations. From there, I

We had a good experience.
We had a good experience. Only thing is wish we knew more about the differences between cx5 base model we bought vs carbon edition we have. We asked and didn't really get any answer on it. For example, found out after when we went to go open the trunk that it wasn't a button on the car keys and when we went to go set seat settings like we do in carbon edition, weren't able to. Would've potentially gotten a better model to have these settings.
