It was good, only small complaint is the automatic

It was good, only small complaint is the automatic calendar scheduling said 1:25am-2:25am instead of the actual time which was pm. My mom said it's also standard for it to take around 2 hours to get done what I was getting done, but it would be nice if that was what was represented as an estimate instead of 1 hour as well. Outside of that, excellent service.

As usual experience was outstanding...ttech did his usual exam of my car and found the issues that needed to be resolved and sent me the video. ...and what I like wait time is not long. Liberty is efficient in getting the work done

We had a good experience.

We had a good experience. Only thing is wish we knew more about the differences between cx5 base model we bought vs carbon edition we have. We asked and didn't really get any answer on it. For example, found out after when we went to go open the trunk that it wasn't a button on the car keys and when we went to go set seat settings like we do in carbon edition, weren't able to. Would've potentially gotten a better model to have these settings.
