Horrible experience

They sent a discount coupon for a synthetic oil change and would not honor it after THEY put synthetic blend in my truck. I will take my business elsewhere in the future

Hopefully the last time I?ll be there

This is the third and last time we will be visiting Reedman Toll. Each time we visit we had an appointment. We dropped off the car and then we waited for at least three days to even be told what the problem is and we were only told because we called them several times. when I called and finally got through, because that?s also an adventure?getting a person on the phone?and asked for information, I was told that they had left me a message, but that they frequently have problems with their phone where their messages are on other peoples cell phones. I suppose anything is possible, but since every one of their other calls was listed under my recent calls, I find it hard to believe. Secondly, when I went physically to Was told that when the car was dropped off the fact that it would take, at least a week was relayed to my wife that is also not the case. In fact, how would they have any idea how long it would take given the fact that it had not gone through diagnostics? I will never understand how it?s possible for someone to have an appointment, but it?s only to drop off the car whether or not it will be looked at that day or the next day is up for grabs. I am in the process of purchasing a new car. In fact, it?s an order now with them, but given my displeasure with the service department, I am very close to cancelling the order.
